Are you a new patient or returning?
This helps us show the right services. Physio and chiropractic new visits start with an Initial Assessment. Massage (RMT and Non-RMT) does not.
Cancellation Policy
Physiomed London – Southdale
- Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule — by phone 226.270.6325 or email.
- Late cancellations and missed appointments (no-shows) may incur a fee. Missed-visit fees are not covered by extended health insurance, WSIB or MVA benefits.
- Emergencies happen — call us and we will do our best to reschedule you fairly. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment to rebook.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit; late arrival may shorten your treatment time.
Ontario standard — physiotherapy, chiropractic & RMT
- Physiotherapy: under the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario's Funding, Fees and Billing Standard, cancellation and late fees must be communicated to you before you become subject to them — this notice serves that purpose.
- Chiropractic: chiropractors are regulated by the College of Chiropractors of Ontario under the Chiropractic Act (1991) and RHPA (1991); any fee — including for a missed or cancelled visit — must be clear, accurate and never false or misleading.
- Massage (RMT): under the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario's Fees and Billing Standard (2022), fees must be fair, transparent and communicated to you in advance, with a financial record kept for each client.
- 24-hour notice is the accepted standard across Ontario physiotherapy, chiropractic and massage-therapy clinics. Missed, late-cancelled or declined appointments are documented in your clinical record, as each College's record-keeping standard requires.
